FAQ

FAQ.

What people usually ask before starting a process. If your question is not here, write to us.

Can consultations be online?

Yes. All six personal image services work online and in person.

Online changes the logistics, not the criteria: the work starts from what you already own, with material you send and live sessions. In person adds physical access to the wardrobe and to stores.

Do you work with women and men?

Yes. It is the same practice.

Identity, lifestyle, goals and context are observed, and visual decisions are built from there. There are no separate formulas and no stereotypes involved.

Do I need to buy new clothes?

No. The work starts with what you already have.

The first part of the process is recognising what works, what is excess and what needs direction. If buying becomes necessary later, it happens with criteria and with a clear reason. Buying is never the starting point.

Do you travel for projects?

Yes. For personal image there is regular availability in Cancún, Mexico City, Puerto Morelos, Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Mérida.

For editorial styling, campaigns and creative projects there is no limit of destination. Travel and accommodation are considered within the proposal.

How is editorial styling quoted?

Per project.

The proposal considers the number of looks, production days, location, the team involved and image usage rights. There is no single rate because no two productions are alike. It is defined after reviewing the brief.

How long does a consultation last?

It depends on the service. Most take place in sessions of two to four hours.

The exact duration is confirmed when the scope is defined, because a Wardrobe Edit and a Personal Shopping do not require the same time.

Can I book an individual service?

Yes. Each service can be booked on its own.

When your request arrives, REGA HOUSE reviews the context and recommends whether to take it alone or combine it with another. The recommendation comes before the quote.

How far in advance should I book?

At least one week in advance.

For productions and creative projects more time is advisable, since they involve team, location and coordination.

Do you work with brands and creative teams?

Yes, in two ways.

REGA HOUSE can join the creative team of an existing project, with styling or image direction. Or it can take full image direction: defining the visual narrative, building the concept and coordinating the team.

It works with brands, designers, photographers, production companies and editorial teams.
